We are located at 281 on M I Road, right near the Chanakya Restaurant. Most people use the restaurant as a landmark to find us. It is a very busy part of the city, especially in the evenings when everyone is out eating or shopping. Our place focuses on bags and luggage. You will see suitcases and backpacks stacked around the shop floor. It is a practical business. People come here when they are planning a trip or when their old bag finally gives out. We spend our days helping people check the zippers and the wheels on the luggage. Since we are on M I Road, the noise of traffic is just something we are used to by now. It is a large space but we fill it up pretty quickly with new arrivals. We are not into big corporate speeches or polished sales tactics. We just show the bags and tell people what they are made of. The staff here has been around for a bit, so we know the products well. It is a lot of standing and moving things around. When it is hot outside, the shop is a bit of a relief for people walking by. We just keep things moving, literally and figuratively. Dealing with travel gear means we hear a lot of stories about where people are going. It is a nice way to spend the day, even if it gets a bit dusty with all the cardboard boxes coming in.
