Jaipur Online is based at D 47 Ram Nagar in Shastri Nagar. Even though the name sounds like we are only on the internet, we have this physical office where we do most of our work. It’s actually a converted part of a residential building, so it feels very much like a home. We deal with various digital services and helping people get things done online, like forms or bookings. It’s not a shop where you walk in and browse shelves. Instead, we have a couple of desks, some computers, and a lot of wires running along the walls. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, with kids playing in the street in the evenings. We’ve been here for a few years now. It started small, just one computer and a printer, and we’ve slowly added more as needed. People from Ram Nagar know they can just walk in if they’re having trouble with something digital. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy; you just come in and talk to whoever is sitting at the desk. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of living in this area. We like the location because it’s close to where we live. There’s no big mission here, just a small office trying to provide some useful services to the local crowd. We usually wrap things up by seven and head inside for dinner with the rest of the family.
