VD Restaurant

VD Restaurant is located at A-128 on Kings Road in the Nirman Nagar area of Jaipur. We are pretty close to the Shyam Nagar Police Thana, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. It’s a decent-sized space where we’ve been serving the local community for a while. We don't go in for anything too flashy or modern. The interior is just plain and comfortable for people to sit and eat. We get a lot of people from the neighborhood coming in for dinner. The menu is mostly stuff we’ve been making for years. We focus on the daily tasks like prepping the ingredients and keeping the place clean. It's a family-run kind of vibe, even if we aren't all related. We just work together to get the food out. Kings Road gets a fair amount of traffic, so we see new faces sometimes, but mostly it's folks from Nirman Nagar. We don't have a website or anything like that; we just open the doors and let the food speak for itself. It can get a bit warm in the summer, but we do our best with the fans. We’re just a regular Jaipur eatery doing what we do. No big plans to change things, we just like serving the people who walk through our door every day.
