Amar Palace Restaurant

I help run the Amar Palace Restaurant here in Jaipur. We are part of the Hotel Amar Palace building, located at 1 Ajmer Road. It’s a pretty easy spot to find because we are near the Delhi Ajmer Highway Junction in Karni Vihar. The postcode here is 302026. Since we are so close to the highway, we get a lot of people who are just driving through Rajasthan and need a break. It's not just travelers, though; we have some regulars from the Karni Vihar area who come in for dinner. The restaurant has been here for a while. We have a fair amount of space, so it doesn't feel too cramped even when it's full. We don't go in for anything too fancy. It's just a regular place with tables and a menu of things we know how to cook well. The kitchen stays active from morning until late at night. Sometimes, when the highway is busy, we get a sudden rush of people all at once. We just do our work and keep things moving. Jaipur is a big city, and Ajmer Road is one of the main veins, so there's always noise and movement outside. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. We just keep the doors open and the food ready for whoever stops by. It’s a steady job for all of us here, and we like the people we meet on the road.
