We are located over in the Chitrakoot Scheme area of Jaipur, not too far from the Akshardham crossing. It's a nice spot on Pratap Stadium Road. Being a garden restaurant, we have a lot of open space which feels good when the sun goes down and the air cools off a bit. During the day, it can be quite hot, so we usually see more people coming in for dinner. The stadium nearby means there is often something going on, and we get some of that crowd. The setup is pretty basic, just some chairs and tables set out under the sky and some covered areas. We don’t have any of those fancy decorations you see in the big hotels downtown. It's more of a place where friends from the neighborhood come to hang out. We've got trees around and it feels a bit quieter than the main city roads. The kitchen is tucked away in the back, and you can usually hear the pans clanking from the seating area. We spend a lot of time keeping the plants watered and the ground swept up. It’s a lot of work to keep an outdoor place looking decent in this weather. People find us easily because of the location near the crossing. We just keep the gates open and wait for the evening rush to start. It’s a simple life running a place like this, just taking it day by day and hoping for a bit of a breeze.
