Best Western On Tower

Our hotel, Best Western On Tower, sits right at the corner of Church Road and M.I. Road. If you know this area, you know it is one of the busiest spots you can find. There is always something happening right outside our doors. We have been here for a while, and the building has become a bit of a fixture on the street. It is not a fancy glass tower or anything like that. It is just a solid building where we provide rooms for travelers. The staff here are just regular people from the neighborhood who show up and do their jobs. We don’t have a script when we talk to our guests. We just tell them where things are and give them their room keys. M.I. Road is famous for all its shops and food, so we get a lot of people who are just here to walk around and see the sights. Inside the hotel, we try to keep things as quiet as possible, but you can still hear the city noise sometimes. We spend our days managing the basics. We check the water levels, we check the rooms, and we make sure the lobby stays tidy. It is a very hands-on way of doing things. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we are. We are just a hotel on a very busy intersection. People come and go, and we keep the place open.
