Anurag Villa Restaurant

Our restaurant is located within the Anuraag Villa on Devi Marg in the Bani Park area of Jaipur. We are quite close to the Collectorate Circle, which is a major landmark around here. Bani Park is a bit quieter than the main city center, which makes it a nice place to work most days. We have a small dining area where we serve people who are staying in the villa and also some locals who live nearby. The day starts early here with breakfast prep. You can hear the city waking up outside, but it stays relatively calm on Devi Marg. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just want to make sure the food is hot and the tables are clean when people walk in. Most of our staff lives nearby, so we have a good feel for the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen or out in the small garden area if there’s work to be done there. It’s not a high-pressure environment, but we stay busy enough with the daily chores of running a restaurant. We don't do much advertising. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they are staying at the villa and don't want to go far for a meal. It’s a very grounded, local business, and we try to keep things simple and easy for everyone. We’ve been here for years and know the street quite well. (258 words)
