A One Restaurant

A One Restaurant is our little place on Main Khatipura Road in Jaipur. We are very close to the Shani Dev Mandir which most people in the Khatipura area know well. It’s a good landmark for finding us. We've been here for some time now and we see a lot of people coming in after they visit the temple or when they are passing through on the main road. The restaurant is just a standard setup with enough space for a few families to sit. We keep the menu pretty simple with the usual dishes people like to eat around here. I spend most of my day at the counter while my staff handles the cooking and cleaning. It’s not a polished corporate place, just a local eatery where the fans might be a bit noisy and the paint isn't perfect. We focus on getting the food out on time and making sure nobody leaves hungry. The traffic on Khatipura Road can be quite a lot during the evening hours so it gets a bit loud inside sometimes. We've gotten used to the sound of horns and the dust from the street. It’s a family business and we all chip in to keep it running day after day. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just open the doors every morning and do our work until it's time to close up at night. We’ve made many friends in the neighborhood this way.
