We’ve been here at Vaishali Marg for a while now. Most people around Vaishali Nagar know where we are, right near the 532 spot. It’s just a regular place where we cook the food we know how to make. Sometimes it gets a bit busy in the evenings when families come in after work. We try to keep things moving but it's not always fast because we’re small-scale. The kitchen is always going. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. It's just chairs, tables, and the smell of the stove. Most days it’s just us doing the same routine. We open up, get the ingredients ready, and start the day. People come by, eat, and go home. We see a lot of the same faces every week. It’s a quiet part of the city mostly, but the road gets some traffic. We just focus on getting the orders right. Sometimes we run out of things if it's a holiday. That's just how it goes here. We don't spend much time on the internet or making big ads. We just stay here at the shop in Jaipur and do the work. If you're walking down Vaishali Marg, you'll see us. It’s nothing special, just a place to grab a meal. We've got the usual stuff on the menu. Nothing too complicated for us to handle. Just a local spot for local folks who want to eat without any fuss.
