Aadils Take Away

We are tucked into the Hotel Sukh Suvidha building on Gautam Marg. It is E-19 in Vaishali Nagar, right near the Amrapali Circle. Being a takeaway place means we do not have much room for people to sit down and eat. Most of our day is spent packing boxes and bags for people who are on their way home. Jaipur gets incredibly hot, so we spend a lot of time near the fans while we work. The area around Amrapali Circle is always buzzing with people and cars. Since we are part of the hotel building, we get some guests from there, but mostly it is just people living in Vaishali Nagar. The kitchen is small and gets very crowded when we have a lot of orders at once. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us trying to keep up with the tickets. Sometimes the phone does not stop ringing and it gets a bit stressful, but we manage. We have been here for a bit and people seem to know where to find us now. We do not do any big advertising. Usually, someone just hears about us from their neighbor and stops by. We just try to get the orders out as fast as we can. It is not a glamorous job, standing in a hot kitchen all evening, but it keeps the lights on and the day moving along.
