UNO DOS TRES

We are tucked away at T-4 on Ramesh Marg in the C Scheme area of Jaipur. If you know where the Talwalkar Gym is, then you’ve probably walked right past UNO DOS TRES. It’s a nice neighborhood. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare on the weekends though. We aren't a huge chain or anything like that. We just wanted to have a spot in this part of town where people could stop by. Our place isn't perfect. The paint on the door frame is chipped in one corner. We’re still trying to fix that one light that flickers. It feels real though. We have a few staff members who know most of the customers by name. We don't have a big handbook on how to talk to people. We just say hello and get on with things. Sometimes we run out of things if it gets too busy. We just have to tell people we're sorry about that. We aren't trying to win any awards for being the fanciest place in Jaipur. We just like being on Ramesh Marg. It’s a good spot with a lot of trees and people walking their dogs. If you’re coming from the gym and want a quick break, we’re right there. We just do our thing and hope people find it useful for their day. We are glad to be here.
