Universal Sales Corporation

Universal Sales Corporation is located at D-5A on Meera Marg in Bani Park. It’s a fairly quiet street compared to the main roads nearby. Our office is in a building that looks more like a house than a business center. We’ve been here for a long time and have gotten to know the neighbors well. We handle sales for various types of equipment and goods. The work involves a lot of phone calls and keeping track of inventory on paper ledgers and some basic computer programs. We don’t have any fancy software or high-tech gadgets. It’s a very traditional way of running a business. There are three or four of us who sit in the main room and we’ve all been working together for a while. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. Most days it’s just about making sure the clients are happy and the deliveries are on schedule. The office has a small porch where we sometimes take our tea breaks and watch the people go by. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we do get busy when the month-end comes around. We don’t spend time writing mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, do our jobs, and go home. Bani Park is a nice place to work because of the trees and the slightly slower pace of life. We like being a local fixture in the neighborhood.
