UDS Bar Be Q Take Away is over in Panchyawala on Sirsi Road. We are at number 1 in Engineers Colony. It’s a portion of Ojas Garden. Unlike a big sit-down restaurant, we mostly focus on people who want to take their food back home. Jaipur can get very hot in the summer, especially out here on the edge of the city, so a lot of people prefer to just pick up something and go. We have a small area where we do all the cooking and preparation. You can see the fire and the smoke sometimes if you stand near the counter. It’s a very straightforward operation. We don't have a big team or a fancy lobby for people to wait in. It is just a counter and the kitchen behind it. They pull over their scooters or cars on the side of the road, grab a packet, and leave. We’ve been here in this part of Sirsi Road for a while now. We don't have any slogans or special missions. We just pack the food in foil and paper, tie it with a string, and hand it over. It is honest work and we just keep at it every day.
