The Copper Chimney Restaurant

Our restaurant is located in Maya Mansions right on M I Road. It’s an old building with a lot of character, though the elevators can be a bit slow some days. The Copper Chimney Restaurant has been serving food here in Jaipur for quite a while now. The area is always crowded with people shopping or going to work, so there is always noise coming in from the street. We just try to keep the tables clean and the food hot. We have a kitchen team that has been with us for years, and they know the menu by heart. It’s not one of those trendy spots where everything is designed for pictures. We just have plain chairs and a few old photos on the walls. The menus are a bit worn at the edges from use. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming here since they were kids. Sometimes we get busy and the service takes a little longer than we’d like, but people usually don't mind too much. We focus on the dishes we know how to make well. We don't change the menu very often because people like what they like. M I Road is a great place to be, even if parking is a total headache most of the time. If you find yourself in Maya Mansions, you can just follow the smell of the kitchen to find us. We’re just a regular group of people.
