Thali House

Thali House is right on Station Road in Jaipur. It’s a busy area because of the trains and all the travelers coming through. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, and the noise from the street is something you just get used to. We don't have a flashy storefront or anything. It’s just a plain place where we serve food to whoever walks in. Most of our customers are either locals working nearby or people just arriving at the station who need a meal before they head to their next stop. We don't have a big staff, just enough of us to keep the plates moving and the water glasses full. The tables are basic and the lighting isn't anything special. We focus more on getting the cooking done. Sometimes it gets a little crowded and people have to wait, but that’s just how it goes on Station Road. We don’t try to act like a five-star hotel. We’re just a small business trying to stay busy in a fast-paced part of the city. It’s a lot of work, and the days can be long, but we’ve got our routine down. If you’re around the station and looking for a place that’s easy to find, we’re right there. No gimmicks, just a seat and some food. It’s a pretty simple way to run things for a local spot.
