Talk Of The Town

You can find us on the ground floor of Evershine Tower, right on Amrapali Marg in Vaishali Nagar. Jaipur is a beautiful city, but this corner of 302021 is where we spend all our time. Talk Of The Town has been around for a while now, and we've become part of the neighborhood routine. The tower is a busy place with lots of other shops, so there's always someone walking by. We've got a simple setup here. It's not decorated by some fancy architect, we just put up things we liked over the years. Some of the chairs are a bit old, but they are comfortable enough. We see a lot of families from Vaishali Nagar coming in, especially on the weekends when things get really crowded around Amrapali Circle. The kitchen stays busy, and you can usually smell whatever is cooking from the street. We don't do much in terms of fancy lighting or music. It's just a place where you can get something to eat and talk without it being too loud. The staff here are mostly guys from the local area who have been with us since we opened. We know which customers like their food spicy and who wants extra napkins. It's a plain, honest kind of business. We just like being here in Evershine Tower and seeing the same faces every week. We stay open pretty late most nights because that's when it gets lively.
