Sudhir Kukar

Sudhir Kukar operates out of Ganganagar Estate, specifically at F-126-127 in the Malviya Industrial Area. If you’ve ever been down this way, you know it’s mostly just warehouses and workshops. Our place is tucked in between a couple of other units, and it can get quite dusty with all the trucks moving in and out of the estate at all hours. The space inside is actually quite large, which is necessary for the kind of work we handle on a daily basis. There are always crates being moved or people checking on inventory lists with clipboards. It isn't a silent office by any means. There’s usually some metal clanging or a motor running somewhere nearby. We keep a small area for our desks near the front entrance where it’s a bit quieter for phone calls. The air conditioning struggles a bit in the peak of June, so we usually have the big shutter doors open to let some air circulate through the workspace. We’ve been at this location for a while now, and we’re used to the rhythm of the industrial park. Usually, the tea guy comes around twice a day, and that’s when everyone takes a break to chat for a minute. We don't have any fancy signs or a big marketing budget. We just stay busy with the work that comes in and make sure the orders are ready when they need to be. It’s straightforward, hard work every day.
