Smart Red Chilli Family Restaurant

We’ve been here at Chitrakoot Scheme for a while now. Most people know the SBBJ Bank Circle, and we are just right there. It’s a busy spot in Vaishali Nagar. The name Smart Red Chilli comes from the fact that we like our food to have a bit of a kick, though we can tone it down if you ask. It's just a regular place where families come to eat dinner without making a big deal out of it. We have tables for big groups and smaller ones for just two people. The kitchen stays pretty busy in the evenings. Jaipur gets hot, but we keep things comfortable inside. We don't have fancy decor or anything like that. It is just plain walls and chairs that do the job. My brother and I run the front, and we have a few cooks who have been with us since we opened. Sometimes the music is a bit loud, or the service takes an extra ten minutes when it's crowded on Sundays. That's just how it goes here. We use local vegetables from the market nearby every morning. People come for the gravy dishes mostly. If you are driving down Akshardham Marg, you will see our sign. It's not hard to find. We just try to keep the food consistent so people know what they are getting when they walk in. No surprises, just a meal. We even have a little corner where the kids can sit while the parents finish eating. It gets a bit noisy on weekend nights, but that's just because the place is full of families having a good time.
