Shyama Restaurant

Shyama Restaurant is located at shops 30 and 31 on Khatipura Road. We’re in the Jhotwara area, quite close to Marudhar Hospital. It’s a lively part of Jaipur to be in. We’ve been operating here for a few years now. The shop is simple, with just enough room for people to sit comfortably. We don't spend money on advertisements or big posters. Most people find us just by walking past or hearing from a neighbor. The food is what you’d expect from a local Jaipur spot. We use the spices we grew up with. It's a small team here, so we all know each other's jobs. Sometimes the floor gets a bit dusty with all the traffic from the road, but we clean up as much as we can. We serve the 302006 neighborhood mostly. It’s a mix of shopkeepers, hospital visitors, and residents. We don't try to be anything we aren't. Just a basic place to grab a bite. The recipes are the same ones we've used since we opened. Nothing has really changed much over the years. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and start the day.
