Shree vinayak pavitra bhojnalya is located at B-1 in Amrapali Plaza, which is a big spot in Vaishali Nagar. Being on Amrapali Marg means there is always something happening outside. We are very close to the Gupta store, so most people use that as a way to find us. Jaipur has a lot of places to eat, but we just stay focused on our small shop. The word pavitra means pure, and that is how we try to keep our kitchen. We don't use any meat products at all. The space inside the plaza is not huge, so the tables are quite close together. It gets very busy in the evenings when people are out walking in Vaishali Nagar. We don't have a manager in a suit; the owner is usually right there behind the counter or helping in the back. The walls are painted a simple color and we don't have any bright neon signs. We spend a lot of time cleaning the floors and the stainless steel utensils. It is a lot of manual work every single day. We don't go around telling people we are the best, we just serve the food and let them decide. Most of our customers are people who work in the other shops in the plaza. It feels like a small community here and we just fit right into it.
