Shree Shyam Pavitra Bhojnalya

We are located at shop number 6-7 on New Sanganer Road in Sodala, Jaipur. It is a very easy place to find if you look for the metro pillars. We are right in the middle of pillar number 104 and 105. The metro trains run right above us, so there is always a bit of a rumble throughout the day. Sodala is a very busy part of Jaipur with a lot of shops and traffic. We have been here for several years now, serving simple and clean food to the local community. It is a pavitra bhojnalya, which means we are very careful about how we prepare our meals. We do not use any fancy ingredients, just the basics that you would find in any Indian kitchen. The shop is not very big, so it can get a bit crowded during the lunch hour. We have a few fans to keep the air moving, but it still gets quite warm in the summer. Most of our customers are people who work in the nearby markets or folks who are just passing through on the metro. We don't have a big corporate story to tell. We just open up in the morning, do our work, and close at night. It is a practical life, and we are happy to be a part of the daily hustle and bustle on New Sanganer Road. It gets dusty outside sometimes.
