Sheesha Restro & Bar

Sheesha Restro & Bar is up on the 4th floor and the rooftop of the City Pearl building. We’re right on M I Road, which is one of the busiest streets in Jaipur. If you know where Khasa Kothi is, we’re just a short walk from there. Being on the rooftop is a big part of what we do here because you can see a lot of the city from up top. The address is 302001. We spend a lot of time going up and down between the 4th floor and the roof to make sure the customers are taken care of. M I Road is always full of noise and movement, but once you get up to the rooftop, things feel a little more open. We have both the restaurant and the bar parts to look after, so there’s always something to do, whether it’s restocking the drinks or getting the kitchen orders out. We get a mix of locals and people visiting Jaipur because we’re so close to the center of town. The weather in Jaipur can be quite hot, so we’re always managing that on the roof. It’s a straightforward operation. We open up, get everything set, and stay busy until late at night. It’s a lot of work keeping a rooftop spot clean and running, especially with the Jaipur dust, but we just stick to our routine and keep the place going for whoever visits.
