Shan Bhojnalaya

Shan Bhojnalaya is located on Station Road in Jaipur. We are right by the Railway Station Circle, near Sadar Bazaar and Gopalbari. This is one of the busiest parts of the city. There are always people rushing to catch a train or coming out of the station looking for something to eat. Our shop is a practical place for them to stop. It isn't very large and it can get quite hot when the sun is out. We have some fans going, but they only do so much in the Jaipur heat. The tables are simple and we keep them close together to fit more people. You can hear the noise of the traffic and the station announcements if you listen closely. We start our work very early to be ready for the morning travelers. The kitchen doesn't really stop until late at night. We don't have a fancy menu with lots of options. We just do what we do every day. Most of the people who come here are in a hurry. They want a quick meal so they can get back to their journey. We have been on Station Road for a long time and have seen the area change a lot. But our shop stays pretty much the same. It is a basic place for basic needs. We don't make any big claims about what we offer, we just do the work. It is just a normal day for us here by the tracks in Jaipur.
