Shaligram Exports

We operate out of Bagru in the Old RIICO Industrial Area. Specifically, we are spread across units 49-50 and 53-54. Shaligram Exports has been here for a while. Being in an industrial zone means there is always a lot of heavy lifting and trucks moving around. It’s not the quietest place to work, but it’s where the work happens. We spend a lot of time checking boxes and making sure everything is packed right. The space is large, which is lucky because we have a lot of stuff moving in and out. Most of our days are spent in the warehouse area. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer months here in Bagru. We usually have a few people helping with the loading and unloading. It’s a lot of physical labor and keeping track of lists. We aren't really set up for visitors who just want to browse; it’s more of a workspace for getting things sent off. The floors are concrete and the walls are plain. We don't really care much about the office decor as long as the orders are moving. There’s a certain rhythm to the trucks arriving and departing. It’s been our routine for years now. We know the other business owners nearby, and we all just focus on our own tasks. It’s a practical environment. We just do our part and keep the exports going day after day.
