R.K. Chovhan Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 202 Sansar Chandra Road, which most people just call SC Road. It is a major road, so there is always a lot of movement and the sound of horns is basically constant. Our office is in a multi-story building that has seen a lot of tenants come and go. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, and the hallway lighting is usually dim. Inside, the setup is very standard for a private limited company that has been around for a while. There are a few desks, some old computers, and stacks of documents that need to be filed. We have a small pantry where we make tea and heat up our lunch boxes. The windows look out over the street, giving us a view of the heavy traffic below. It is a professional enough environment, but it definitely feels lived-in. The paint is peeling a little near the window frames and the carpet has some stains from spilled coffee. We don't worry too much about the aesthetics as long as the work gets finished on time. We deal with a lot of different people throughout the week, and the phones are usually ringing off the hook. It is just a regular office where we put in our hours and try to keep things organized amidst the general busyness of SC Road.
