You can find us at A 12 in the New Sabji Mandi Terminal Market out in Muhana, Sanganer. If you’ve ever been to the mandi, you know it’s a chaotic place starting from very early in the morning. We are right in the thick of it with all the trucks, crates, and people shouting about prices. Our space is mostly used for storing and moving agricultural products that come in from the farms. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and moving boxes around under the tin roof. The ground is always a bit wet from the mist and the vegetables, and there’s never a quiet moment until late in the afternoon. We have a small desk tucked away where we keep track of who owes what and where the next load is going. It’s a tough environment, especially in the summer heat, but we’ve grown used to the pace of the market. Everyone around here is trying to get their goods sold before they spoil, so there is a lot of energy in the air. We don’t have any fancy displays or air conditioning. It’s just a practical spot for doing the work that needs to be done. We’ve been at this stall for years and the other traders in the Muhana market are like a second family to us. It’s just the way life goes down at the terminal market every single day. We open the gates when it's still dark and stay until the last crate is gone.
