Laxmi Udhyog

Laxmi Udhyog is just a small place on Station Road in Vivek Nagar, specifically at number 36. It isn't much to look at from the outside, just a gate and some noise coming from the machines inside most of the day. We’ve been here for a while now, and the neighbors know us by the sound of the metal clanging. The road gets really busy during the mornings when everyone is heading to work, so it can be a bit of a headache to get trucks in and out. Inside, it's usually a bit dusty and there are scraps of material lying around the floor because we’re always in the middle of some job. It’s not a fancy office with air conditioning or anything like that. We mostly just drink tea from the stall down the street and get on with what needs doing. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside on the stools until it comes back on. That’s just how it is here in this part of town. We don’t have a big team, just a few guys who have been doing this for years and know how the machines temperament works. It’s honest work, and we stay busy enough to keep the lights on and the families fed. If you’re looking for a shiny showroom, this isn't it, but we’re always here at the same spot if anyone needs to drop by for a quick word or to check on an order.
