Shaamiyana

Shaamiyana is located at C-8 in Bani Park, right along the SJS Highway. It is a spot that is easy enough to find if you are driving through this part of the city. We have been operating here for a bit, keeping things steady. The highway noise is always there in the background, but inside, we just focus on what we are doing. It is a straightforward setup. We do not spend money on fancy decorations or anything like that because we would rather just focus on the work itself. Being in Bani Park, we get a mix of locals and people just passing through on the highway. Some days are quieter than others, but we usually have a decent crowd around lunch and dinner time. The staff here has been together for a while, so we know how to work around each other without much talking. We handle everything ourselves, from the cleaning to the heavy lifting in the kitchen. It is a lot of long hours, especially on weekends when the SJS Highway gets really packed with traffic. We do not try to be anything we are not. It is just Shaamiyana at C-8, doing what we do every day. We hope the food is okay and that people feel comfortable enough to sit for a bit. It is just a regular business run by regular people who care about their work. No big story behind it, just a lot of hard work in Bani Park.
