Sanwariya cafe & restaurant

Our place is at shop number seven in the community center at Bhartandu Chowk. We are right in Ambabari, Jaipur, and if you look across the street, you will see Maharishi Arvind College. It’s a busy little corner of the city. We opened up here because we wanted to have a spot where local people and students could get something to eat without much fuss. The cafe isn’t very large, but it serves its purpose for the neighborhood. Sometimes it gets pretty crowded when classes let out, but that’s just how it goes in this part of Jaipur. We spend our days mostly in the kitchen or cleaning up the tables to get ready for the next person who walks in. It’s not a fancy establishment with big decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the day-to-day work of running a small restaurant. Most of our customers are the same folks we see every single day, which makes the place feel more like part of the community. We’ve been at this location for a while now and people seem to know where to find us by the chowk. It is just a regular shop where you can sit down and have a meal. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything, just keeping the shop running and making sure everyone who comes in gets what they ordered. It is a straightforward local business in a busy area.
