Sanjay restaurant

If you’ve ever been to the Sindhi Camp bus stand in Jaipur, you know the madness of that area. Sanjay restaurant is right there on Motilal Atal Road. We are directly opposite the Polovictory cinema. It’s a famous spot. People are always coming and going. Most of our customers are travelers who just got off a bus or are waiting for one to leave. They are tired and usually in a hurry. We try to get them their food fast. The 302006 area is the center of the city's transport. It’s never quiet, even at three in the morning. The cinema across the road brings in a different crowd in the evenings. You see the lights and the posters from our front door. Inside, the furniture is basic. We have some fans that rattle a bit, but they move the air well enough. I usually sit near the cash counter. I see thousands of faces every week. I don't remember most of them. The kitchen is small and it gets very hot. We go through a lot of tea and water. The floor gets swept a dozen times a day because of the dust from the road. Motilal Atal Road is always under some kind of repair or just full of rickshaws. It’s a busy life. We don't have any awards on the wall. We just have a menu and some cold drinks in the fridge. That's all people really need.
