Rs King Jewellers

Rs King Jewellers is located on the first floor at 578, Gai Kashinath. You have to walk through Gopal Ji Ka Rasta in Johari Bazar to find us. It is a very busy area and sometimes it is hard to even walk through the streets because of all the people. Our shop has been here for a while and we have seen the market change a lot over the years. We mostly sit on the floor or on low stools while we work on the pieces. It’s traditional. The lighting isn't the best but we have some extra lamps for the detailed work. It gets really hot in the summer months and the little fan we have doesn't do much. We mostly deal with people who have been coming to this market for generations. We don't have a website or anything like that because we prefer talking to people face to face. It’s more personal that way. Sometimes we have tea with the other shopkeepers in the lane while we wait for the gold to melt or for a customer to stop by. We just try to make things that look nice and last a long time. There's a lot of noise from the street below but we've gotten used to it. It’s just how life is in the bazaar. We stay open until late evening most days. My nephew helps me with the heavier tools when my hands get tired. It is a slow process but we like it.
