Real Gems Corporation

Real Gems Corporation is situated at 523, Gangori Bazar, very close to the Gangori Gate. This is one of the historic entrances to the old city, so there is always a sense of history around us. The building we are in is quite old and has high ceilings and thick walls. We work with gemstones, which is a major trade in this part of Jaipur. The shop isn't very big, and it’s often cluttered with boxes and small bags of stones. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. It’s just us doing the work manually. We spend a lot of time sitting near the windows to get the best natural light for checking the color and clarity of the gems. Gangori Bazar is a very busy place, especially during the festivals when processions pass right by our door. It can get very loud and it’s hard to hear yourself think sometimes. We have a small group of staff who have been with us for a long time. We treat each other more like family than coworkers. We don't really have any big plans to expand or move to a modern office building. We like it here near the gate where we can see the daily life of the city unfolding. Our business is built on long-term relationships and just showing up every day to do the work. It’s simple and it works for us.
