RAVEE

Out here in Pratap Nagar, specifically near the BP Petrol Pump on Khatipura Road, things stay pretty active. RAVEE is located at 6A Scheme No.1, and it’s a place we’ve put a lot of work into. Vaishali Nagar is a busy part of Jaipur, and being near the petrol pump means there’s always cars pulling in and out nearby. Our shop isn't very large, but we’ve tried to make good use of the space we have. We spend most of our mornings just setting things up and making sure everything looks right before the first people walk in. It’s not a corporate setup; it’s just a few of us running the show. We deal with the usual Jaipur heat by keeping the door shut and the cooler running as much as possible. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the entrance for a few minutes, which is annoying, but we just deal with it. We’ve got some regular customers who live in the colony behind us and stop by just to say hello. The street outside is usually dusty, so we are always dusting the shelves. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights, just a simple name on the front. It’s a decent place to work, and we know most of the other shop owners on this block. We just take it one day at a time here. Every week we try to reorganize the displays a bit just to keep things interesting for us.
