Ratoomal'S is sitting right on the ground floor of Ratna Niwas, which is directly opposite Anukampa Mansion No.1 on M.I. Road. Being on such a major road means we see a lot of people passing by every single day. The office, or shop space, depending on how you look at it, has been part of this street for a long time. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned setup, with high ceilings and sturdy furniture that has seen a lot of use. We like it this way because it feels like home. There is always someone coming in to ask a question or check on an order. M.I. Road is usually buzzing with traffic, but once you step inside Ratna Niwas, things feel a little more grounded. We handle our business with a pen and paper more often than you might expect in this day and age. It just feels more reliable to us. We don’t have a big marketing team or a fancy website person; we just do what we do and talk to our customers face-to-face when they stop by. The staff here is mostly family or people who have been with us so long they might as well be. We know the neighborhood like the back of our hand. It’s a busy life, but it’s a good one, and we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else but here in the middle of the city. We just keep our doors open and wait for the next person to walk in.
