Quilla Restaurant

You can find Quilla Restaurant over at E-145 on Ramesh Marg in the C Scheme area of Jaipur. We are quite close to Hathroi, which is a busy little pocket of the city. Being in C Scheme means there is always something going on around us. Our building is just a normal spot on the street. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us here every day, opening up the doors and getting the kitchen ready. Ramesh Marg is a well-known road, so people usually find us without too much trouble. We have been in this spot for a bit, and we have seen the area change quite a bit over the years. Some people come in because they are working nearby, and others are just passing through C Scheme. It is a simple place where we focus on the work. We do not use any of those buzzwords you hear in commercials. We just put the food out and keep the tables clean. Sometimes the street gets crowded with parked cars and people walking by, but that is Jaipur for you. We just try to keep things running smoothly at E-145. It is an honest living and we like being near Hathroi. Every day is a bit different depending on who walks in. We do not worry about being the biggest place in town, we just want to stay open and keep doing our thing.
