Payal Restaurant & Pavitra Bhojnalaya is our spot on Kalwad Road out in Jaipur. We are specifically located at Machwa Stand, which is right in front of Anshal City. It is a bit of a drive from the main city center but the road is always active with people traveling. We started this place to give people a spot to eat when they are heading out this way. The bhojnalaya side of things is very straightforward, serving the kind of meals people eat every day. It's a large area near the stand so there's plenty of space around. You can't miss us if you are looking for Anshal City because we are right there across from it. The weather gets quite hot in Jaipur, so we try to keep the inside as comfortable as we can for anyone stopping by. We get a lot of commuters and families who live in the nearby townships. It is not one of those high-end places you see in the mall, just a regular local eatery. We have a few people working in the kitchen who have been with us since the start. They know how to handle the rush. Usually, the evenings are busier when folks are coming back from work. We just keep things moving and make sure the food is ready. It’s a simple life running a restaurant on the edge of the city and we just do what we do.
