Olive Kitchen Multicuisine Restaurant

We are Olive Kitchen Multicuisine Restaurant. You can find us at B-1 in Amarapali Plaza, right on Amarapalli Marg in Vaishali Nagar. It is a busy area of Jaipur, especially being so close to the Amarapalli Circle. We have been here for a bit now, serving all kinds of food to the people in the neighborhood. We decided to go with a multicuisine menu because families around here often want different things. One person might want one thing and another person wants something else entirely. It makes the kitchen a bit hectic but we manage it. We are not a big chain or some fancy corporate place. It’s just a local restaurant where we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. The staff are mostly local guys who have been with us since the start. We have our regulars who come in every week, and we like that. The plaza gets crowded on weekends, so it can be a bit of a wait sometimes. We don't have a big fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just show up every morning, get the stoves going, and start cooking for whoever walks through the door. It’s a simple business. We keep the place clean and the food coming out. If you are around Vaishali Nagar and looking for a meal, we are right there in the plaza. It’s just us doing our thing day in and day out every single week.
