Oasis

Oasis is located inside Hotel Karawan on Tonk Road. We’re in Mahaveer Nagar, specifically at S 33. Jaipur can get incredibly hot during the summer months, so we try to make our place a bit of a relief from the sun outside. Being on Tonk Road means we see a lot of people passing through town or staying at the hotel for work. We aren't trying to be a five-star fancy establishment with a lot of rules. We just want to offer a place where you can sit down and get a meal that tastes like someone actually cooked it. The dining room has a simple feel to it. We don’t have a marketing team writing stuff for us; it’s just us and the people who work in the kitchen and at the front desk. Sometimes things get a bit slow when there’s a lot of traffic on the road, but we stay open and ready. We’ve been here long enough to know what the locals like and what the travelers are looking for. It’s a practical spot for anyone who finds themselves in this part of Jaipur. We don’t make big claims about being the best or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure the food is ready when you’re hungry. The staff here has been with us for years, so they know how things run. It’s just a normal, everyday kind of place.
