New rajasthan restaurant

We are located right on Station Road in Jaipur, inside Sen colony. It is very easy to find because we are directly opposite the main railway station. Because of where we are, we see people from all over. Travelers coming off the trains are usually tired and hungry, so they just walk across the road to find us. The restaurant is a simple place where you can get a meal without spending too much. It's always a bit noisy because of the station and the traffic on Station Road, but that is just how Jaipur is. We keep the kitchen running pretty much all day long. We have the usual stuff on the menu that people expect when they come to Rajasthan. The tables are basic and we don't do much in terms of decoration. It's all about the food and getting people back on their way to their trains or hotels. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the busy hours. It’s a lot of work running a place right by the station, but we are used to it. Most days are the same, just a lot of bags and people in a hurry. We just provide a place to sit and eat for a bit before the next journey. Sometimes the train is late and people sit here for hours with just one cup of tea. We don’t mind. It’s just how things work out here on Station Road in the middle of Jaipur.
