My brother and I run New Mahadev Dhaba here in Mansarovar. We are tucked away on Vijay Path near the Agarwal Farm area. It’s a basic dhaba, the kind where you come if you’re hungry and just want to eat without any fuss. The address is 111/200 A, and we’ve been here long enough that most of the college kids and office workers nearby know the way. It’s not a place for a fancy date, but it works if you need a hot meal that feels like it was made in a real kitchen. I spend most of my time managing the orders and making sure we don't run out of supplies. Sometimes the tea is a bit too sweet or the fans make a clicking noise, but nobody seems to mind much. We have these old benches and tables that have seen a lot of use over the years. Jaipur gets really dusty and hot, so it’s a relief to sit down under the shade of our roof for a bit. We don't really do advertisements or anything like that. People just tell their friends about us or they see the sign while driving past Agarwal Farm. It’s a lot of hard work, especially in the evenings when everyone wants food at the same time. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. It’s a honest living and we like being part of the neighborhood. It keeps us busy. We stay late most nights.
