You can find us up on the third floor of Slc Tower. We are right on Amrapali Marg in Vaishali Nagar, which stays busy pretty much all day. If you see the Reliance Footprint, you are basically there. Being on the third floor means people have to make an effort to come up, so we appreciate everyone who takes the lift or stairs. Jaipur gets really hot, so the kitchen is a tough place to be in June, but we keep going. We mostly do grills and stuff that smells good. The smoke from the kitchen sometimes drifts out, which usually lets people know we are open. It’s not a five-star setup, just tables, chairs, and good heat in the kitchen. We started this because we liked the area. Vaishali Nagar has a lot of options, but we stay busy enough with the local crowd. Sometimes we run out of things by late night if the weekend was particularly crowded. The staff is mostly local guys who have been with us since we opened the doors. We don’t have a fancy website or anything like that. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the grill is hot enough. It’s a simple business, really. No big corporate meetings here, just us figuring out the grocery list for the next day and making sure the floor is swept.
