Minku Restaurant

Minku Restaurant is located on Murlipura Thana Road. We are quite close to Goras Bahandar. Murlipura is a busy area, and our street sees a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. We have been running this place for a few years now. It started as a tiny shop and we expanded a little bit as more people started coming. It is still not very big, though. We have a few tables and a counter where people can stand and eat if it is full. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy in the kitchen to get to it. We get our supplies from the local market every morning. The staff is just a few of us working together. We do not have uniforms or anything like that. We just wear what is comfortable for a long day of work. The food is simple, like what you would eat at home. We do not use any complicated recipes. Some days are slow, especially when it is very hot outside, and we just sit and talk with the neighbors. Other days, we can barely keep up with the orders. It is just how it goes when you run a small business in Jaipur. We are just a local spot for a quick bite. No big stories or fancy talk here. We just open up in the morning and do our work until it is time to close. It's a simple life.
