Mini Punjab Baba DA Dhaba

You can find us in Vaishali Nagar, specifically in the lane where Ram Awatar Clinic is. We are tucked away behind Rainbow Tower. It is a bit of a hidden spot if you are not looking for it, but the locals in this part of Jaipur know the way. Mini Punjab Baba DA Dhaba is not a fancy restaurant. It is more of a dhaba-style place where the focus is on getting the food to the table hot. We have some outdoor seating and a small indoor area. It gets quite dusty around here sometimes, so we spend a lot of time cleaning. The kitchen is always going, and you can usually smell the cooking from down the street. We started this place because we wanted to do something of our own. It is hard work, staying open late and dealing with the rush, but it is what we do. The menu is simple, written on a board.
