Our place is Marwari Snacks Foods Private Limited, located at 278-B/3 Hathi Babu Ka Nohra in Kanti Nagar. We’re right near the Polo Victory area, which is always busy. The building is a bit tucked away, but once you find Hathi Babu Ka Nohra, you’re basically there. It’s a place where we make and pack snacks. There’s usually a lot of activity in the kitchen area, with people moving big pots and trays around. It smells like frying oil and spices most of the time. We aren’t a giant factory with conveyor belts and robots. It’s mostly people doing the work by hand, sealing bags and putting them into cartons. We have some shelves for the finished goods and a corner where we handle the orders. It gets a bit hot because of all the cooking, so we keep the doors open when we can. The neighborhood is a mix of homes and small businesses, so there’s always kids playing outside or neighbors stopping by. We don’t have a fancy marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on making the snacks and getting them to the shops. It’s a lot of long hours, especially before the holidays when everyone wants extra stock. We just keep our heads down and get the bags filled. It’s a simple business, run by regular people who like good food.
