Laxmi Sweets Caters

This is our small shop in Pratap Nagar, specifically at Shop No-6, Sec-3 in Sanganer. Laxmi Sweets Caters is a family-run thing. We’ve been working out of this space for some years now. Sanganer is quite a distance from the main city center, but it’s growing fast. Most of our customers are locals who live in the nearby blocks. We make all the usual sweets and also help out with food when people have small gatherings at their homes. The shop isn't very large, so we have to be organized with where we keep the supplies. Usually, the morning starts early with the milk delivery. We spend a lot of time preparing the ingredients before the first customer even shows up. It’s a lot of standing on your feet all day. Sometimes we get really busy during the festival season, and then everyone in the family has to come in and help with the packing. We don't use any fancy machines, just the basic tools. It feels more real that way. We know most of the people who come by because they’ve been living in Sector 3 as long as we have. We aren't interested in making things look polished or like a big brand. We just want to make sure the food is okay and that people get what they asked for. It's a simple business at a simple address and we are fine with that. It's just what we do every day.
