Marudhar Impex Pvt. Ltd. is located on the second floor of Gaurav Towers-II, inside what they call Dream House in Malviya Nagar. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you get into the main shopping and business area. Our office is a mix of desks and storage, as we do a lot of importing and exporting work. There is usually a lot of talk about shipping schedules and customs stuff echoing around the rooms. We’ve been in this building for a while now, so we know all the neighbors. It’s a busy environment, especially when we have containers moving or new shipments arriving. The space is practical, meant for working rather than looking pretty for guests. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we take our breaks, and it’s probably the most popular spot in the office. Working in Malviya Nagar means there’s always something happening outside, but we stay focused on our tasks inside Dream House. We don't use much fancy software or complicated systems, just the basic tools that help us get the job done right. Our team is a mix of old hands and a few newer faces, all trying to keep the business moving forward. It’s a bit loud sometimes, and the paperwork can pile up, but we manage to stay organized enough to keep things running smoothly every day without making a big production out of it.
