Mantraz Restaurant

Our place is tucked away in the B-1 level of Amrapali Plaza, right there in Vaishali Nagar. Being near the Amrapali Circle in Jaipur means there is always something going on outside, but since we are down in the plaza, it feels a little different once you step inside. It’s a bit of a walk through the building to find us, but most people who shop around here know the way. The space is simple and we’ve tried to make it comfortable for families or anyone just passing through the area. Jaipur gets quite hot in the summer, so we focus on keeping the air conditioning running so people can take a break from the heat. We don't have a giant staff or anything, just a few people helping out and making sure the tables are wiped down. The Plaza has a lot of different shops, so we get a mix of people coming in at all hours. We spend a lot of time prep-working in the kitchen before the lunch crowd shows up. It’s just a regular local eatery where we focus on the basic stuff. We’ve seen the neighborhood around Vaishali Nagar change a lot over the years, but we’re still here in the same spot doing our thing. It’s not a flashy place, just a basement-level restaurant that serves the local community as best as we can.
