Mamus Cafe Restaurant

Mamus Cafe Restaurant is at O 9 C Scheme on Ashok Marg. We have been in this part of Jaipur for quite a while now. The cafe is not a very big place, just a few tables and a simple counter for taking orders. We don't have a big corporate structure or a headquarters behind us. It is just me and a couple of guys from the area who help out with the orders and cleaning. We spend a lot of time just making sure the place is ready for the day before the first customer walks in. The street outside is always busy with people going to work or running errands. We see the same people walking past every morning at the same time. Some of them stop in for a quick bite or a cup of tea to start their day. We don't use any fancy equipment or expensive machines. We just use what we have and try to make it work the right way. The walls are a simple color and we don't have any expensive art hanging up. Sometimes the sink gets clogged or a lightbulb goes out, and we just fix it ourselves without calling anyone. We don't have a big story about why we are here. We just needed a job and we liked the idea of running our own cafe. It is a lot of hard work and we are usually tired by the end of the shift. We just try to be honest about what we do and how we do it daily.
