Maggi Roof Top Restaurant

Maggi Roof Top Restaurant is up on the roof at 4-B, Kabir Marg in the Bani Park area of Jaipur. We have been here for a while and it is a decent spot because you can see a bit of the neighborhood from up there. Kabir Marg is a regular street and we are tucked away enough that it feels okay. We are not a fancy place with waiters in suits or anything like that. It is just a rooftop where you can sit down and get something to eat. Jaipur gets quite hot during the day, so being up on the roof helps catch whatever breeze is moving around in the evening. We have some tables set up and we just try to make sure everyone gets their food on time. People in Bani Park know where we are, but if you are new to the area, just look for the 4-B house number. We do not have a lot of bells and whistles here. It is just a kitchen and some space to sit outside. Most of our regulars come here because they like the outdoor feel without it being a big production. We do our own thing and we do not worry about being the most popular place in the city. We just want to serve the food we make and keep the place running for the locals. It is a simple life running a restaurant on a roof.
