Lazeez Chicken Restaurant

We have our restaurant, Lazeez Chicken, over in Shyam Nagar on Ajmer Road. Specifically, we are at A4 II, near the Sushilpura Pulia. If you know Jaipur, you know how busy Ajmer Road gets with all the trucks and cars. The flyover is right there, so there is a lot of noise all day long. We start our work by getting the meat delivered early and then the prep work begins. It’s a lot of cutting and marinating in the back room. The kitchen is the heart of the place and it’s always busy. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some basic paint and the necessary furniture. Our address is 302024 and we’ve seen the area grow a lot over the years. We have a few guys helping us with the cooking and the cleaning. It’s hard work and the days are long, usually ending quite late at night. We don't use any corporate talk or have a mission statement. We just cook chicken and serve it to whoever walks in. Sometimes the spice levels vary a bit because we do everything by hand, not with machines. We just try to keep the place tidy and the customers fed. It’s a local business run by local people who just want to get the job done every day without any fuss. The pulia outside is a good landmark for people trying to find us.
